R13W0260 - Transportation Safety Board (TSB) Death Investigation Report For CN Rail Conductor Trainee Jason Cluney
R07T0270 - Transportation Safety Board (TSB) Report for MAC Yard (outside Toronto) in 2007 Which Launched a Supposed Overhaul of All Frontline Rail Worker Training Programs Note: Via The Railway Safety Act Section 19 Order in this document, the Minister of Transportation literally ORDERED the watering down of a law there to protect front line rail workers so that a "Regulation" could become just a "Rule" - see TC O 0-102
TC O 0-102 - Rules Respecting Minimum Qualification Standards for Railway Employees - An Attempt By Transport Canada and Railway Association of Canada to Water Down Laws That Were There To Protect Front Line Rail Workers AND the General Public Note: In my opinion this was a complete and total "public scam" and "breach of public trust". This document is used in R13W0260 but these "new proposed rules" NEVER went into effect, so why use this document - over 5 years later - in a death investigation report by TSB? In my opinion, it was to deceive and brainwash readers. Note: If this "report" created by the Railway Association of Canada (RAC) and approved by Transport Canada disappears from the internet, I have analyzed it and will provide a complete analysis of this document in videos!
2016 OHSTC 20 - Occupational Health And Safety Tribunal of Canada "Hearing/Decision" in Matters Pertaining to the Death of CN Rail Conductor Trainee Jason Cluney Note: This "hearing" and "decision" took place 3 years after the death of conductor trainee Jason Cluney and the actual on the scene witnesses (other 3 crew members the day Jason Cluney was killed) were NOT part of this "hearing". Note: Some of the "decisions" made in this "hearing" were in my opinion illegal (against SOR87-150) and could have made the rail industry exponentially more dangerous! In my opinion, this was a "pre-arranged" or "fixed" "tribunal hearing and/or decision"!
